Where does ModelCo ship?
ModelCo currently ships to Australia and Worldwide (Excluding Yemen, Syria, Iran, Oman, Papua New Guinea, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Russia, Ukraine, Israel, Saudi Arabia and North Korea).
How much does shipping cost?
DOMESTIC (Australia wide)
Standard Shipping - $10.00 AUD within Australia. Free shipping is available above $85 - only when no other promotions are running, this is not available when a promotional code or gift with purchase offer is being applied.
INTERNATIONAL (Worldwide)
Please note: We do not ship TAN AIRBRUSH IN A CAN and ONE NIGHT TAN to any international addresses.
- Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country/or the country you’re shipping to. ModelCo recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.
- Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
- Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
- The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
- We will not refund any purchases that have not been accepted at Customs. By accepting these terms you agree to the above.
- All International orders are capped at 3 tanning products per customer.
USA & all countries other than Australia & New Zealand
All orders are charged a flat delivery rate of $15.00 USD.
How long does shipping take?
DOMESTIC (Australia wide)
ModelCo domestic orders are delivered via Australia Post standard within 3-5 business days all Australian metropolitan areas. Please allow for an additional 1-2 days transit for regional areas. To ensure secure delivery, all parcels must be signed for upon receipt. If you don’t expect to be home during normal business hours, please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

INTERNATIONAL (Worldwide)
All ModelCo Orders are delivered via DHL Standard within 7-10 business days worldwide. Your parcel is shipped with DHL postal service, however when your parcel arrives into your country it is handed over to your local postal provider for delivery. Please allow for an additional 1-2 days customs clearance to some countries.
Please be aware DHL will only deliver to PO Boxes in Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE.

Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Likewise customers are responsible for paying any additional customs or duties charges that may be incurred on their order.
When will my order ship?
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing at ModelCo HQ takes 1-2 business days (and orders placed after 9am AEST are processed the next business day). Then Australia Post or DHL will take it from there. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from modelco.com which will include your Australia Post or DHL tracking number.
You can track the progress of your order through to shipment by visiting Australia Post(Australian orders) or DHL (International orders) and entering your tracking number.
If you are unable to locate your tracking number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please reach out to the ModelCo customer service team at info@modelco.com.au or call us on +612 8354 6700 (Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm AEST) and we will assist you with your enquiry.

I’m having problems with my tracking.
In some cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days register your shipment status on their website. Please be patient! However, If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to the ModelCo customer service team at info@modelco.com.au

Discount and coupon codes do not apply to shipping costs
We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by ModelCo.

ModelCo will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for the delayed or lost shipment.
Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, or if incorrect details are provided during the checkout process.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do not refund for change of mind, lack of expertise for use of product or differences in personal opinion. We do not exchange colours for change of mind. Returns for refund will only be accepted if the product is faulty, received in error or differs dramatically from the description supplied by ModelCo.
We may accept returns for other reasons at our discretion. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. If you believe your product is faulty or you wish to return your goods for other reasons, please email our customer service department as soon as possible – include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes. We are not responsible for any goods that are returned to us in error. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Please send your returned goods to:

Faulty items will undergo an inspection process by our product development team and you will be contacted within 48 hours with a resolution. If the goods are deemed faulty, we will replace or refund the product free of additional freight charges.
ModelCo does not take responsibility for the costs involved with returning faulty goods. However, if the goods are deemed faulty after assessment, postage costs will be refunded thereafter. Please include original postage receipt in return parcel.
Our returns policy only covers the items purchased from modelco.com. We do not accept returns on overly used products or products not purchased directly from ModelCo. Please contact the original seller if you have any problems with goods not purchased directly from ModelCo.
A large percentage of returned goods are found to be, not faulty. If the returned goods are determined by ModelCo to not be faulty, then all returning shipping fees will be worn by the customer. We will seek permission from the customer to charge additional costs to the customer’s credit card where possible. Failing this, the goods will be sent back by Australia Post COD freight collected. ModelCo also reserves the right to charge the labour cost for examining these goods where no fault was found.
If the item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
If you are granted a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of receiving your original notification that you would like to return the goods.
Refunds will only be made to the original credit/debit card used for purchase.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging redelivery within 14 days.
ModelCo owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error.
There will be no credit given on order price difference, due to price drops or promotions. Promotional codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
