TikTok Manager

In this role you will:

Responsibilities
- Assist in negotiating trading terms and final COGS and maintain in master file
- Process all supplier orders in conjunction with the demand planner and commercial manager with relevant guidelines communicated
- Set and monitor dispatch dates ex-factory dates according to critical paths and delivery timelines
- Manage quality control system at factories if required
- Manage components and assembly for local manufacturers

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Video Content Producer for a fashion, beauty or lifestyle brand.

- Exceptional video editing abilities in Adobe Creative Suite, After-Effects, Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro.
- Advanced photography and photo editing skills.

This role is integral to the business and would require the successful applicant to develop and maintain accurate forecasts of standard and promotional lines for all categories. You will be a central focal point to facilitating an accurate forecast, Purchase Order Plan and allocations management for all customers.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Develop purchase order plan recommendation based on aligned forecast for approval by head of supply chain, head of finance and CEO, where required.
- Liaise with Inbound supply coordinator on aligned forecast and approved PO’s.
- Maintain inventory levels in line with approved weeks of cover per SKU.
- Manage baseline and promotional SKU allocations by customer including inventory transfers within the NetSuite ERP.
- Event planning for promotions and other key retailer sync events.
- Responsible for maintaining the allocation calendar and NetSuite ERP management
- Use NetSuite and RFSmart, along with established processes to generate daily/weekly stock transfers to move finished goods within the ERP to meet defined days of cover (DOC) targets, whilst managing capacity constraints
- In times of product shortage, agree with business stakeholders on customer allocation priorities and allocate available quantities to these customers for both launch and ongoing ranging.
- Approve all customer orders for release based on SKU availability.
- Conduct a weekly warehouse review by SKU to ensure appropriate stock levels available
- Conduit to sales team for inventory requests / enquiries.
- Highlight supply planning process gaps and propose process improvements
- Track customer orders versus aligned forecasts on standard and promotional lines through exception reporting and bias in line with KPI targets
- Ensuring customer orders are in line with the promotional plan by customer and DC
- Liaising with our Woolworths Vendor Replenishment Planner to ensure planned orders are in line with approved internal forecast.
- Ensuring aligned forecast promotional uplift in line with customer’s internal forecast.
- Liaise with the marketing team on product pushes and inventory availability.
Ideally you will have:
- A minimum of 5 years’ supply chain management experience within FMCG / retail / other B2C organizations, part of which would ideally have been gained within a “best in class” supply chain organization
- Experienced, results-driven and hands-on supply professional who is comfortable operating in complex and diverse environments and has a proven track record of improving efficiency and upgrading the demand planning function in an organization
- Understanding of international and national freight logistics
- Analytical and numerically strong. Makes fact-based decisions and prioritises accordingly
- A thorough understanding of product development and product lifecycle is advantageous
- Ability to develop insights that continuously improve forecasting and execution
- Strong exposure and understanding of Distribution and Logistics, Commercial and Finance areas
- High computer literacy with strong understanding of stock management systems
- GS1 / Global Standards understanding

Responsibilities
- Manage the global digital strategy for both brands, scaling digital revenue in line with YOY KPI’s
- Digital P&L Management for marketing department – ensuring profitability while achieving KPIs
- Lead end-to-end strategy and management of the marketing department, including Google Ads, Social Media Marketing (Organic & Paid), SEO, ECommerce Website Optimisation (Merchandising, CRO & UX), Affiliate Marketing, Design, Email Marketing & Content.
- Hands on ad strategy and execution – scaling ecommerce spend profitably while also driving in-store traffic through Tik Tok, Google Ads & Facebook Ads
- End-to-end management of creative briefing for all banner, email marketing and advertising collateral (digital and retail)
- ECommerce strategy and execution, optimising product imagery/videos, banners, merchandising, inventory, prices, bundles, cross-selling, up-selling, categorization, shipping (Auspost & DHL) with the assistance of an ECommerce Executive.
- Manage SEO strategy and implementation – improving organic keyword rankings, managing redirects, backlinks, sitemap submission, structured data markup and PDP video transcript markup
- Create organic social strategy alongside social manager – growing social impressions, followers, traffic and revenue with competitions, giveaways and brand partnerships through Tik Tok, Instagram & Facebook
- Manage both digital retail strategy - Woolworths, Big W, Best & Less, Pharmacy and support internal distributors – ensuring site merchandising is optimized and tailoring promotions around in-store planogram dates and retail strategies, creating in-store traffic Google Ads, Facebook Ads & Tik Tok Ads.
- Manage EDM strategy and implementation - increasing email revenue in line with KPIs
- Manage customer service team, ensuring communication with customers is effective, front of house and office management is at required standard of wider team
- Manage the marketing calendar for the marketing team, ensuring all promotions, EDMs, Banners and activations are mapped clearly.
- Create and manage templates and processes for the marketing team
- Conduct industry research to develop original content ideas and identify new opportunities that drive increased brand awareness and conversions
- Upskill team on best practice for all channels
- Manage brand folders and ensure these are kept up to date for the wider teams and external requests
- Management and optimization of Amazon product listings with team
Requirements
- Passion for beauty and bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a Marketing or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in a marketing management role, preferably within a beauty, fashion, retail or agency environment
- Proven experience exceeding KPI’s and scaling ECommerce brands revenue through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Organic Social, SEO, and Email Marketing
- Excellent written and communication skills
