ORDER QUESTIONS
For any issues regarding your order, general queries or comments, please include all relevant information and any pictures that may help speed up your enquiry. We will endeavour to respond to your email within 72 hours. Our Customer Service team are based in Sydney, Australia and are available Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm (AEST) excluding Public Holidays.
How can I update my order?
Please email our customer service team at info@modelco.com.au as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our warehouse processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated as soon as you have placed your order and received an order confirmation.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
Only one promo code will work during checkout.
BILLING
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards or debit cards and PAYPAL. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Are MCoBeauty products tested on animals?
Absolutely not! MCoBeauty is proudly cruelty-free. We are PETA-certified and part of PETA's Beauty Without Bunnies certification. https://crueltyfree.peta.org/company/modelco/
Are MCoBeauty products vegan?
Yes! All of our products are vegan.
