The Role

An exciting career opportunity exists for a highly organised and energetic DIGITAL & GRAPHIC DESIGNER who has a passion for design and an appreciation for beauty, fashion and innovation. This is an opportunity for a talented and confident individual to be part of a team who embraces your talents. You must live and breathe design, have amazing attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will be hands-on and responsible for creating various design projects across all areas of the business, including web design and updates, EDM’s, social media content design, video editing, presentations, advertorials, POS and marketing collateral and innovative product packaging. You will have proven ability to multi-task and deliver quickly and accurately on each brief.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating various designs projects across all areas of the business
  • Maintain the brands style guidelines and ensure the aesthetic for each product category is amplified
  • Designing print media campaigns for advertorials and editorials
  • Photography of product flat lays and retouching
  • Video editing and creation
  • Designing event invitations and campaign material
  • Design press releases, product presentations and templates
  • Design social media creative content across all platforms
  • Email marketing artwork/EDM’s, newsletter layouts
  • Conduct regular website review and design rejuvenation
  • Creating and editing packaging die lines and experience working with barcodes for major retailers
  • Developing concepts and finished art for packaging
  • Creating logos for new products
  • Conceptualize and design all in-store marketing collateral, shelf displays, POS and floor stands
  • Execute final artwork for window displays
  • Retouching images, create image composites, create renders and mockups of products
  • Ability to plan and manage photo shoots, photography and video edit

Your Background

The successful candidate will possess the following key skills:

  • Proven Graphic Design experience in Beauty, Fashion, Retail or Print Media is essential
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience
  • Strong demonstrated experience in packaging design
  • Expert skills across Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Proficient in UX web design
  • Product Photography and retouching
  • Video and digital animation capabilities
  • Knowledge of file and colour management for print and web
  • Ability to plan and manage photo shoots, photography and video editing skills are essential
  • Proficient in HTML and CSS for EDM development
  • Familiar with content management systems
  • Highly organised with the ability to forecast and forward plan

Due to significant growth we are seeking a passionate, energetic and solutions-orientated Front of House & Customer Service Coordinator. .

The primary role is to facilitate and support the day-to-day responsibilities of the office, across all departments. You will also be responsible for enhancing the overall customer experience by implementing and coordinating the ongoing growth strategies to build online sales and customer traffic. A good understanding of e-commerce and digital platforms as well as a genuine appreciation for beauty, fashion and innovation is key to being successful in this role.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Answer all incoming telephone calls to the main switchboard and screen telephone calls when appropriate, ensuring accurate recording of any phone messages and the passing on of details to the relevant departments promptly.
  • Manage multiple mailboxes and handle all scheduling matters, prioritising emails and escalating critical matters for resolutions.
  • Working daily with Magento content management system.
  • Ensure all site content is up to date and accurate for product, pricing and promotions as well as brand standards.
  • Oversee dispatch ensuring orders are delivered on time and to brand/customer standard.
  • Manage the product closet, inventory and no-charge orders and product requests.
  • Organise and set up conference rooms including audio-visual needs, transportation and catering.
  • Order office supplies and handle other office related procurement activities as needed.
  • Maintain office cleanliness including front of house, common areas and general office.
  • Maintain all business filing systems, including our extensive customer database.
  • Provide customer service assistance for all phone and email enquiries in a professional and pleasant manner, ensure a positive outcome to all customer enquiries.
  • Any additional adhoc requests.

Ideally you will have:

  • The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organised attitude and style with the ability to forecast and forward plan.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to successfully meet tight deadlines and time pressures.
  • Highly developed customer service skills, being committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels
  • Quick to build industry specific insights, particularly when it comes to social media and digital innovation.
  • Able to conduct desk research, analyse information and clearly communicate and present the findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Relevant cross-functional experience across marketing, digital agency, advertising, project management.
  • Familiar working with Magento, WordPress or similar platforms.
  • Strong computer skills are essential. Expertise on Outlook and the MS-Office product suite is a necessity, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

International Sales Manager – Cosmetics/Beauty

An exciting career opportunity exists for a highly organised, energetic INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER who has a proven track record of driving sales growth across a number of brands within international markets including USA, Middle East, Europe and UK. You will be responsible for the commercial management and strategic relationships with existing accounts as well as identify, establish and develop new distribution partnerships in new markets. You are a results-driven leader who can deliver exceptional service and grow profitable sales and market share.

Responsibilities

Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement clear international sales strategies to support the business objectives for MCoBeauty and ModelCo
  • Maintain and build solid business partnerships with key accounts, both retailers and distributors
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and business development
  • Day to day management of existing distribution accounts in the USA, Middle East, Europe and UK markets
  • Brand presentations and range showings to international distributors and major accounts
  • Ensure customer service standards are to brand guidelines, maintaining the brand’s image and footprint globally
  • Exceeding sales KPI’s and targets, ensuring portfolio growth per distribution channel
  • Build P&L by market and monitor performance against strategic business plan
  • Comprehensive understanding of the principles used in the pricing and marketing strategies
  • Provide direct support and retailer marketing to clients positioning the business as a brand leader
  • Financial analysis and sales forecast accuracy
  • Reporting market performance, identifying areas of opportunity, sales and profit growth and presenting results to the wider business

Skills & Experience

You are an ambitious and highly motivated sales professional who is strategic and commercially savvy. A beauty junkie who is looking to develop your career in a fast paced, high performing culture.

  • Minimum of 5 years' international sales experience within the cosmetic, skin care or beauty industry
  • Proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships with global distributors and major retailers
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to forecast and forward plan
  • Strong sales, analytical and financial skills with previous experience working with P&L reports
  • Ability to influence effectively at all levels and present to key business stakeholders
  • Detailed knowledge of key business drivers and performance metrics
  • Strong understanding of export incoterms and ability to understand and generate commercial agreements
  • Understanding of global product registration and regulation
  • Demonstrated exposure to senior level account management and negotiations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Great interpersonal communication skills and well-presented
  • The ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines on a weekly basis
